While focused on the mission from different perspectives\, this partnership is critical.\n\nIn this workshop\, we will:\n\n\n	Explore the responsibilities of each role and how to create and maintain access\, credibility\, and trust.\n	Learn how to invite one another into your area of responsibility and collaborate effectively.\n	Address compatibility issues before they arise.\n\n \n\nAbout The Essential Non-Profit Leadership Learning Series\n\nVolunteer board members and executive directors have a responsibility to ensure the relevance\, impact\, and financial sustainability of the nonprofits they lead. Each has specific duties that they are responsible for: Boards for the strategic\, fiduciary\, and legal oversight of the organization\, and ED's to establish organizational culture\, manage strategic direction\, and lead day-to-day operations. The Essential Nonprofit Leadership Learning Series is designed to help leaders understand and carry out their roles\, foster and maximize strong relationships\, and to attract the best leaders to their cause.\n\nThe Greater Monadnock Regional Collaborative and Savings Bank of Walpole invite you to join facilitators\, Artie Lang and David Ports from LPA Non-Profit Consultants\, a non-profit consulting group\, to attend some or all of these workshops to gain new and effective practices that will help you and your organization thrive.
