Progressions include releasing and re-catching the bar\, and being caught by a "catcher" on a second trapeze spaced perfectly across from it. Flyers fall into a net below\, dismount\, and get ready to fly all over again! NECCA offers drop-in classes for various circus classes throughout the session.
