2024 Improving Wellness Workshop: Building Positive Workplace Culture
Building Positive Workplace Culture: Recruit and Retain a Team that Thrives
A Roundtable Discussion Facilitated by Jeff Saari, CEO - Workplace Culture Solutions
Wednesday, October 16, 2024
Breakfast: 9:00 – 9:30 a.m.
Program: 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Stonewall Farm, Keene, NH
A positive workplace culture is more than good vibes—it’s a competitive advantage. No matter the sector or type of organization, people want to work for employers that recognize and support their wellbeing, foster mutual respect, communicate effectively, and create a strong team dynamic. Building a positive culture doesn’t happen automatically. It requires intent and action. The investment is worth it, boosting morale, reducing turnover, and increasing productivity. When people thrive, so do their employers.
Join the Greater Monadnock Collaborative for a free, interactive event where we’ll explore the wide range of factors that influence workplace culture, from small, easy changes that leaders can make to fundamental shifts in mindset that are sometime necessary for a workplace culture to click into place. As a group, we’ll talk about what’s been effective in our own organizations and where we’ve experienced challenges.
The conversation will be guided by Jeff Saari, CEO of Workplace Culture Solutions, based in Keene, NH. Jeff’s enthusiastic passion and life purpose is to support leadership and cultural excellence in businesses and organizations. He works with leaders to achieve a maximum level of emotional intelligence to share with their organizations. Jeff teaches communication and meeting facilitation skills, practices one-on-one and group coaching, and leads organizational retreats.
We expect attendees to walk away from the session with inspiration, tools, and ideas that could help them build the workplace culture that’s right for their business or organization. Organization leaders, managers, and junior staff are all welcome to attend.
This event is generously sponsored by Kapiloff Insurance, Masiello Employment, Badger, DA Brothers Contractors, and Greenwald Realty.
