Breakfast: 8:30 -9:00 a.m.
Program: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Join the Greater Monadnock Collaborative for a free, interactive workshop building on last fall’s roundtable discussion on workplace culture. Last fall, we explored what workplace culture is, why it’s important for recruiting and retaining top tier talent, and some core workplace characteristics essential for thriving people and organizations.
The upcoming workshop will drill down into specific approaches and practices that can foster employee wellbeing, improve communication, strengthen team cohesion, and boost morale. We’ll use the previous session’s discussion as a starting point for selecting particular topics to address, but participants are encouraged to bring specific issues that they may be grappling with in their respective workplaces.
Whether you attended the previous session or not, this workshop is for anyone interested in building a workplace culture that draws talented people in, gives them a reason to stick around, and helps them grow. Organization leaders, managers, and junior staff are all welcome to attend.
The conversation will be guided by Jeff Saari, CEO of Workplace Culture Solutions, based in Keene, NH. Jeff’s enthusiastic passion and life purpose is to support leadership and cultural excellence in businesses and organizations. He works with leaders to achieve a maximum level of emotional intelligence to share with their organizations. Jeff teaches communication and meeting facilitation skills, practices one-on-one and group coaching, and leads organizational retreats.
