How to Market Your Unique Value Proposition?
Competition is a good thing in business; it actually shows that there is a market for your product/service. If you find there is no competition when conducting your market analysis it usually means one of two things, you don’t have a true understanding of who your competitors are, or your target market does not exist where you are looking to operate your business.
How do you differentiate yourself from your competition? What makes you the better option? In a crowded marketplace why should a perspective client call you or walk into your place of business over your competitors? If you cannot answer these questions, more than likely your target market also cannot answer these questions, which means they are probably going somewhere else.
