Electric Earth Concerts presents "Light & Shade"

Electric Earth Concerts proudly presents “Light & Shade” on Saturday, August 1 at 7pm at the First Church in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. A moving program stretching from romanticism’s peak to the present: Ernest Chausson’s magnificent Concerto for Violin, Piano, and Strings meets new works for soprano and ensemble, Paul Brantley’s “…in all this shadow land…” written at the MacDowell Colony, and Margaret Bonds’ setting of Psalm 23. General admission is $30, payable online (www.electricearthconcerts.org), or via cash or check at the door. Note: In our effort to bring music to young audiences, this season EEC will admit kids and their parents to our concerts FREE of charge.
