Hors d’oeuvres begin at 5:00 p.m., followed by a five-course, German-inspired dinner at 5:30 p.m. The menu features chicken cordon bleu soup, homemade bread, garden salad, apple fritters, slow-cooked German short ribs, chicken schnitzel, macaroni & cheese, warm German potato salad, sauerkraut, and garlic-roasted carrots.
