Enjoy a program of world-class chamber music as 3 members of the Heath String Quartet – one of the most acclaimed and vibrant British string quartets – are joined by British chamber musicians Louisa Stonehill (violin) and Nicholas Burns (piano) to present two towering masterpieces of the piano quintet repertoire. The program features Dvorák’s Piano Quintet in A, a work celebrated for its Bohemian charm and folk-inspired rhythms, paired with Elgar’s expressive Piano Quintet in A minor, composed in the twilight of the Great War.
