Radically Rural

Radically Rural (RR) is a grassroots movement founded in Keene, NH, that aims to amplify collective rural impact by connecting folks with each other and with ideas. Every year, the RR summit in New Hampshire convenes hundreds of diverse and interesting people, cultivates engaging and memorable sessions, and offers great local food and entertainment — all wrapped up in an amazing small-town New England experience. Our attendees leave the Radically Rural Summit overflowing with great ideas and filled with inspiration. This year’s theme, Rural Resonance, explores the inherent interdependence that makes all life possible, and rural life is no different. No one community, sector, or species can thrive in isolation. Rather, we resonate–each strengthened by the whole. Arrive on Tuesday for track-specific field trips, mini-sessions, and networking dinners, building deep connections within your sector before diving into cross-sector collaborations. On Wednesday and Thursday, engage in radical imagination and storytelling, guided by Resonance Network and a powerful keynote panel discussion with rural librarians—the often unsung yet deeply interwoven hubs of our communities.
