Surry Village Charter School invites you to join noted historian Alan Rumrill, for an engaging talk exploring the evolution of education and schools in Cheshire County from one-room schoolhouses to today’s innovative learning spaces. Journey through our county’s educational history through lively stories highlighting the people and events that shaped our community’s schools. Doors open at 5:00 PM at Cohen Hall with a welcome reception. The presentation begins at 5:30 PM, followed by a Q&A. The event is free and open to all.
