Surry Village Charter School Time Capsule Ceremony

Surry Village Charter School invites the community to a historic celebration as students, alumni, and families come together to bury a time capsule that will be opened in 2075. Designed by students, the capsule will be sealed and placed in the school garden during a heartfelt ceremony featuring student readings, a dedication, and shared memories of 2025. The event is free and open to the public. Guests can explore a one-day exhibit of memorabilia from both SVCS and the former Tilden School and take a brief tour of the school. After the ceremony, attendees are encouraged to continue the evening just down the road at the Keene Public Library for a special presentation by local historian Alan Rumrill.
