Shift Details:
- Training Period (90 days): Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Regular Hours: Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
- 3-Day Weekend Every Week! (Fridays Off)
- Second Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour on top of base pay
- Building walls, roofs, and floors in our modern, climate-controlled facility
- Working with framing, sheathing, insulation, air sealing, and bundling
- Installing windows and doors
- Operating CNC machinery and forklifts
- $4/hour shift differential—earn more every hour
- 4-day workweek = Fridays off
- Daytime availability for appointments (doctor, DMV, errands, school events)
