Workshop Description: You may know that the board and the ED each have specific responsibilities that they must carry out in order for the organization to thrive. But did you know that a board chair/ED partnership that invites open collaboration is the secret to success? While focused on the mission from different perspectives, this partnership is critical.

In this workshop, we will:

• Explore the responsibilities of each role and how to create and maintain access, credibility, and trust.
• Learn how to invite one another into your area of responsibility and collaborate effectively.
• Address compatibility issues before they arise.
