psychologist, coach, speaker, and writer—this workshop blends brain science, behavior change, and holistic well-being. Drawing from her training through the medical schools at UMass and Harvard, as well as Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Debra brings both depth and warmth to her teaching. She has shared mindfulness practices in settings ranging from corporations to schools, helping people reconnect with clarity, calm, and resilience.
