ARC Mechanical Contractors Announces Leadership Transition, Reinforcing Commitment to Local Ownership

ARC Mechanical Contractors is pleased to announce a leadership transition that will continue the company's long-standing tradition of local ownership, customer-focused service, and investment in the communities it serves throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.
 
As the company looks toward the future, ownership and leadership will continue under the direction of President and Owner Jody Perkins and newly appointed Owner Tyson Hayes, both of whom have built their careers at ARC Mechanical Contractors and represent the next generation of company leadership.
 
Founded in 1947 as Allen Refrigeration Company, ARC Mechanical Contractors has grown from its refrigeration roots into one of the region's most trusted providers of mechanical contracting, HVAC, plumbing, and service solutions. Throughout its nearly 80-year history, the company has remained committed to delivering quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and long-term relationships.
 
"What makes this transition especially meaningful is that it keeps ARC locally owned and locally managed," said Perkins. Perkins has been with ARC Mechanical Contractors for nearly 35 years, beginning his career as a service technician before advancing through leadership roles to become President. Hayes joined the company 15 years ago as a service technician and has earned increasing responsibility through his technical expertise, commitment to customers, and leadership within the organization.

ARC Mechanical Contractors will continue operating from its headquarters in Bradford, Vermont, along with offices in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, and Perkinsville, Vermont.
