Keene, NH — The UPS Store in Keene, New Hampshire will celebrate its ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, June 26 at 11:30 AM, inviting community members to join in welcoming this new locally owned business.
Owned and operated by Rosie and Kevin Morse, The UPS Store 8172 reflects a shared commitment to service, community, and connection. The couple relocated to this area from California after exploring several locations nationwide while pursuing a UPS franchise opportunity. From their very first visit in 2024, they knew Keene was the right place.
“We immediately felt at home here,” said Rosie and Kevin Morse. “The community has been so welcoming and supportive throughout this entire process, and that made the decision easy for us.”
Both Rosie and Kevin bring careers rooted in public service to their new venture. Rosie is a U.S. Navy veteran and has spent many years working in local government supporting public agencies and the communities they serve. Kevin has dedicated most of his career to Information Technology in public agencies, helping support essential services that communities rely on every day.
“In our careers, we’ve both learned the importance of being part of something bigger and supporting the people around us,” said Rosie. “Those experiences really shaped how we approach customer service.”
“We chose The UPS Store because of its strong commitment to customer service,” Kevin added. “We wanted to build something here in Keene that truly serves the community in a meaningful way.”
The UPS Store 8172 offers a wide range of essential services in one convenient location, including professional packing and shipping, printing, copying, mailbox services, notary services, scan-to-email, shredding, and other business and community support services.
Rosie and Kevin also made a deliberate decision when selecting their location at the West Street Plaza.
“We chose this location near Hannaford and the surrounding businesses to make it as convenient as possible for customers to stop in while running their daily errands,” Rosie and Kevin explained. “Being open seven days a week with extended hours is part of that same commitment—we want to be accessible when our customers need us.”
Rosie and Kevin have worked intentionally to build a team and environment that reflect their values.
“We’ve created an environment where everyone feels welcome,” Rosie and Kevin shared. “We’re incredibly proud of the team we’ve put together and the way they go above and beyond for every customer who walks through our doors.”
The store officially opened on May 23, 2026, and Rosie, Kevin, and their team are excited to celebrate with the broader community during their grand opening weekend.
