Overview
Rise for baby and family seeks a qualified independent contractor to serve as a Project Coordinator for the NBRC-funded Complete Pathway to Career initiative. This position will provide administrative, financial, and organizational support to the Project Manager and project partners.
The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary outreach and engagement lead for the project, building relationships with early childhood programs, recruiting participants, promoting workforce development opportunities, and supporting individuals as they enter educational and professional advancement pathways.
Working closely with the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will ensure that eligible participants, employers, educational institutions, and community partners remain informed, engaged, and connected throughout the grant.
Project Background
The Complete Pathway to Career initiative supports the recruitment, retention, education, and advancement of the early childhood workforce in Cheshire County. Activities include credential attainment, higher education pathways, mentoring, professional development, and workforce supports designed to strengthen the regional early childhood system.
Scope of Work
The Project Coordinator will coordinate outreach and participant engagement activities throughout the grant period.

Contract Terms
This is an independent contractor position funded through the NBRC Catalyst Program. The anticipated contract period will extend through the grant period, subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance. Compensation will be negotiated based on scope of work.
